1. Not clinical, medical, or pharmacological advice
The Platform helps you record, bill, dispense, and track medicines. Nothing on the Platform — including AI-generated suggestions, near-expiry hints, scheme suggestions, search results, or any text shown by the Platform — constitutes clinical advice, medical advice, prescription advice, or pharmacological recommendation. Decisions about diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or dispensing must be made by registered medical practitioners and registered pharmacists in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940, the Pharmacy Act 1948, the Medical Council Act 1956, and any successor legislation.
2. Not regulatory certification
The Platform helps you generate documents required by Indian regulators (e.g., GST e-invoices, e-Way Bills, GSTR returns, drug schedule registers). These outputs are tools to assist your compliance, not regulatory certifications. You remain solely responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of every document generated
- Filing returns within statutory deadlines
- Maintaining and preserving statutory records for the required period
- Holding and renewing all required licences and registrations
- Responding to enquiries, audits, and enforcement actions from CDSCO, state drug control authorities, GST authorities, the Income Tax Department, or any other regulator
The Company is not your auditor, tax consultant, GST practitioner, regulatory consultant, drug-licence consultant, or company secretary. Any general information on the Platform about laws or regulations is for orientation only.
3. Not legal or tax advice
Information on the Platform, in support documentation, or in communications from PharmIT Services Private Limited does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Engage qualified Indian counsel and chartered accountants for advice specific to your circumstances.
4. AI outputs
The Platform includes AI-assisted features (rate suggestions, product search, compliance hints, smart suggestions, summarisation). AI outputs are:
- Probabilistic, not deterministic. They may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or outdated.
- Not a substitute for human judgement. Always verify critical outputs (rates, drug-classification, compliance hints) before relying on them, especially in clinical, regulatory, or financial contexts.
- Subject to third-party provider terms. When you enable AI features and configure your own API key, your use is subject to the AI provider's terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or your self-hosted model's terms).
- Disable-able. You may turn off AI features for your tenant at any time via the SuperAdmin panel.
5. Third-party services and integrations
The Platform integrates with third-party services (Razorpay, NIC GSP, ZeptoMail, AI providers, WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, etc.). The Company:
- Does not control, endorse, or warrant any third-party service
- Is not liable for outages, errors, fees, or terms of any third-party service
- Recommends you review and accept each third-party's terms before enabling the integration
6. Forward-looking statements
Roadmap mentions, future-feature commitments, marketing copy, or "coming soon" indicators do not create a legal commitment. Features may change, be delayed, or be cancelled without notice.
7. No affiliation with regulators
The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GSTN, NIC, CDSCO, the Pharmacy Council of India, the Medical Council of India, or any state drug-control authority.
8. Trademarks
"PharmIT" and the PharmIT logo are trademarks of PharmIT Services Private Limited. Other trademarks (Tally, Razorpay, WhatsApp, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, GSTN, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

The Platform may contain links to external websites for convenience. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of external websites.
