Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how PharmIT Services Private Limited ("we") uses cookies and similar technologies on the PharmIT Platform. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser, containing data the website can read on later visits. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.
2. Cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
pharmit_session | Maintains your authenticated session | Strictly necessary | 30 minutes idle / browser close |
XSRF-TOKEN | CSRF (cross-site request forgery) protection | Strictly necessary | Session |
laravel_cookie_consent | Records your cookie preferences | Strictly necessary | 1 year |
super_admin_2fa_token_id | SuperAdmin OTP step-up token reference | Strictly necessary | Session |
remember_web_* | "Remember me" persistent login (only if you opt in) | Functional | 14 days |
3. Third-party cookies
The Platform does not currently use third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. If we add web analytics in future (e.g., self-hosted Plausible, Matomo, or similar), we will update this policy, request your consent, and add controls to opt out.
The marketing site (pharmit.live root) loads Tailwind CSS from cdn.tailwindcss.com; that CDN may set its own cookies governed by its provider's policy.
4. How to control cookies
- Browser settings. All major browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the Platform from functioning.
- Do Not Track. The Platform respects DNT requests where strictly-necessary cookies allow.
- Account preferences. Where future analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, you can manage consent from the cookie banner or your account settings.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy. Material changes will be notified via the in-platform cookie banner.
